Too Complex

I just finished days of trying to get four cameras up and doing what I want them to do. The only reason I was able to do that was with DLinks excellent and patient customer service. So I thought I would buy this app so I could have multiple views of my cameras, but once again I was baffled by their instructions. I dont know why they cant simplify it. I wasted my money on this app because I dont want to go through the lengthy hassle again. Hopefully the developers can do something about this because their cameras are excellent. I would give 5 stars for customer service and five stars for their cameras but one star for difficult set up.
