Dont waste your time. The UI is atrocious and binding to cameras is an embarrassingly awful process.

Much more difficult to set up than the my dlink lite app and it wont connect to my cameras unless Im home in the same wifi network! I bought it so I could view more than one camera at a time but because I cant connect, I end up using the FREE dlink app.

What is wrong with you dlink most of your cams does not work . I want refund .

Warning warning --I had free app D-link lite and it worked great. Purchased this app and it is not very dependable. Connects some time then a few minutes later it cannot find my camera (2). Works with wi-fi but for 3G/lte you need complicated set up. The free D-link lite will set itself up and works great on 3G/LTE. dont waste your money.

Only works locally, no luck with 3G/4G/LTE

this is the best application used to monitor my cameras. the best thing live chat support is available

Waste of money$$ way too complicated for me a novice. Only works when I am on the same wifi, no point! The dlink lite which was free works anywhere and it was easy to set up

I cant believe I paid for this app. The sound comes in short hi frequency bursts which are not decipherable. I went through the entire suggested set up on my cloud router and still couldnt access my DCS932LB1 cameras with Wi-Fi turned off on my iPhone6. I have four cameras. I would discourage anyone purchasing this app.

I just finished days of trying to get four cameras up and doing what I want them to do. The only reason I was able to do that was with DLinks excellent and patient customer service. So I thought I would buy this app so I could have multiple views of my cameras, but once again I was baffled by their instructions. I dont know why they cant simplify it. I wasted my money on this app because I dont want to go through the lengthy hassle again. Hopefully the developers can do something about this because their cameras are excellent. I would give 5 stars for customer service and five stars for their cameras but one star for difficult set up.

The description states it works with LTE on the phone and I cant seem to get that feature to work. So far I have to be connected to wifi in order for it to work. Can someone tell me how to get this feature to work? I have contacted DLink with no response.

This has never worked outside of my home server. Do not pay any money as I did for this app. Not worth the $4.99.

Ive use this camera before in the simpler version and it worked great. This 5020 Al supposed to be a Wi-Fi extender couldnt even connected through the ethernet cable in this app even worse. zero stars if I could give zero stars

Not at all user friendly. Dont waste your money on this app.

I feel ripped off for paying $5 when i could get a free app that does the same thing. I was under the assumption it was plug in play but it only recognized 1 camera of four. And come to find out i have to still go through an entire set up for accessing the camera outside of being at home away from the network, thats the whole point of getting this app. The free dlink app does this without having to go through hoops. To make things worse they have to email you pdf instructions to set up the cameras but only for two types of routers, both of which i do not own. Until they fix this, stay away!

Most item work on this app pin tool not working they need to be fix
